One of the best ways to energize your ebook writing is to make sure that you'll be able to offer your clients with in-depth and complete information about your chosen topic. Keep in mind that these people are spending money on your creations simply because they would like to be informed so give them exactly what they want. This is not only to impress them but also to easily promote customer loyalty that can lead to repeat business.
Here are the other steps to energize your ebook writing:
1. Stick with non-fiction. Based on research and relevant studies, online users are most likely to spend their money on ebooks that contain practical information that they can use in improving the quality of their lives or in resolving their pressing issues. With this in mind, you should avoid fiction topics at all cost, unless you want your ebooks to remain unread online. When choosing the topics to write about, I'd say focus your attention on the needs and demands, problems, and goals of the people that you would like to serve. This is not only to give them exactly what they are looking for but also to increase your chances of making a sale.
2. Keep it short. There is no need to make your ebooks run for 100 pages or more especially if you are discussing about highly specific topics. Keep in mind that the audience you are serving have limited attention span and they generally dislike spending enormous time in front of their computers. You can serve them better if you can offer the information that they are looking for in as little time as possible. Make your ebook content concise and brief. Get your message across without using fillers, bluffs, and lengthy introductions. Use active voice all the time and keep your sentences and paragraphs shorter.
3. Use powerful titles. Did you know that you'll run the risk of decreasing your sales even if your ebooks are highly informative and well-written if your title sucks? You see, online users have limited things to consider when they want to purchase an ebook and one of them is your ebook title. It would work to your advantage and you'll surely increase your chances of making a sale if your titles are well-written, extra powerful, compelling, intriguing, and very descriptive. Make sure that you use words that can touch human emotions or those that can push the right buttons to influence the buying decision of your target market.
