Increase Web Traffic With Optimized Article Writing

Search Engine loves unique and fresh article. Therefore it is good if you can consistently update your website with new articles. I know it is not easy and that is why it is important to write on a subject that you are interested. Writing them yourself is not only rewarding but also cost effective.

I have tried employing Ghost Writer to write for me but the end product is never useful. They might not understand the subject as thorough as yourself or they might not understand what are you trying to achieve as well. However if you have difficulty in writing, employing a Ghost Writer might be the only option.

Before you decide to outsource your article-writing job, I really hope you try to write at least 10 articles on your own since growing your website with new articles is part and parcel for the survival of your website. You can always search the Internet for ideas and inspiration. If not whatever income you derived from your traffic will go to the pocket of your Ghost Writer!

While writing your articles, don't forget to scatter your keyword throughout in your article. This what optimized article writing is all about. Too much of your keyword within an article might be considered keyword Spam. You might like to read Keyword Density to understand the topic better.

When you are done with your article writing, don't forget to place a back link at the end of the article to your very own website ! Without a back link to your website, the reader will not be able to read more of your articles.

Listed below are some of the more popular Article Directories for your article writing submission:

  • EzineArticles
  • GoArticle
  • ArticleDashboard
  • Isnare

There are more article directories in the market. Simply search them in your favorite search engine and you will know what I mean.

Building Backlinks Using Forums

If you want to get traffic to your site, you need to make sure that your website ranks high in search engines. Good and original content on your site is very important, but so are good backlinks.

Backlinks are links placed on other sites that link to your site. The best option is to have one way backlinks. One way backlins are the links that link only to your site, but not the other way around.

One way to create these quality backlinks is by posting on different kind of forums. These kind of links can get you not only a good traffic but they will also help you rank better in search engines. If you use forums to get traffic to your site, make sure that you do it properly. Avoid spamming forums as it will result in you being banned and all your posts will probably be deleted. Do it properly and you can bring a nice traffic to your site.

You need to start with finding relevant forums. Relevance is very important for search engines, so make sure that you do this part well. Simply Google for your niche with the term "forum", for example "Money Making Forum", to find forums related to your niche.

There are two reasons to do it. First, search engines pay more attention to the links that come from the sites whose contest is relevant to your website. Another reason is that you will get more traffic from those links, as people who use those forums are interested in your niche.

Once you did your Google "job" it is time to choose the best of them and join. Focus on top ten forums on your search result page.

You want to join forums that are popular. Check not only the total number of members but also the number of active members. Check when the last posts were made. If most of the posts were made recently than you are good to go and join the forum!

Active forum means that search engines will crawl it often and your links will be, therefore, very quickly noticed by them. It is because search engines "like" sites which are updated regularly.

You need to however make sure, before joining, that the forum will allow you to use a signature. Do determine it, simply check the latest posts and see if any member has a signature under his or her posts. If you can see signatures, it means they are allowed and you should not join the forum. If signatures are not allowed, do not register as you will not benefit much from it.

To start, find 3 or 4 popular forums that allow signatures. It should be more than enough for the beginning.

To set up your signature, you will have to use BBCode. It is very easy to use, but if you are not sure how to use it, copy and paste the below examples and simply change the URL and text. Now, save your signature and you are all set up.

Example of signature:

Start your [url=http://www.your-domain.com/]Money Making Blog[/url] now! In this case Money Making Blog is hyperlinked with a link to your site.
If you want your signature in bold simply add [b] in the front and [/b] at the back of the signature:
[b]Start your [url=http://www.your-domain.com/]Money Making Blog[/url] now![/b]
Most of the forums allow signatures in bold and some do not. Simply, if after inserting [b] and [/b] your signature is not bolded than it means that the forum does not allow bolded signature. Still, as long as you can use a signature stay on the forum.
You can also, on some forums, add color to your signature by adding [ you want] and [/color], for example:
[ your [url=http://www.your-domain.com/]Money Making Blog[/url] now![/b][/color]

Any combination of the tags is possible, so adjust it to your liking!

As I already mentioned, do not overdo it - one link in your signature is enough.

Now, all you need to do is to participate. It is very important, because more posts you make more often your signature appears on the forum. But again, make sure you make quality posts, not only OK, Thanks etc. Be helpful, make quality posts, start some threads, simply be an active and good member of the community.

That is all. It sounds simply and it is not that difficult to do either. Finding good and popular forums that allow signatures might take you sometime, but one you found them it is an easy job. Bookmark the forums, and every day try to make 2-3 posts on each of them.

Making Money on the Internet - 5 Deadly Mistakes You Should Avoid to Succeed on Internet Marketing

Making money on the internet could be one of the most rewarding and enjoyable activity you've ever accomplish. The advantage on making money on the internet are countless; can be done from the comfort of your home, you can set your own working hours, the amount of money that you can make is only limited by you, no bosses and it can be done from anywhere around the world, just to name a few.

However, when you are a beginner, it could be an extremely difficult decision how to start, what programs to invest in, what to believe in, what to do and what not to do, mistakes that should be avoided, etc. Not to mention the fact that there are numerous making money on the internet scams everywhere. Chances are that before you find your way around the internet you will fall for a few of those.

Making money on the internet is not really hard if you know what you're doing. I'm going to try to make your endeavor a little bit easier by giving you 5 basics mistakes that you should avoid at all cost when you start your journey of making money on the internet:

• Never, and I mean never fall for programs that promise you to get rich over night. Unless you play the lotto the chances that you achieve such promise are very slim. However, a lot of money can be made over time; however, it's not going to happen in just a few days.

• Don't waste you valuable time and money in making money on the internet programs like: Online Survey Fillings, Cash Trials Sign Ups, trick Affiliate Programs, Recruiting Pyramids, etc. If you're told that you need to recruit other people or invest some money somewhere, run away, your only investment should be in your education.

• Don't start in the wrong place. Making money on the internet, as everything in the world has a learning curve. You should start for the basics. Go for the easiest, simplest and most affordable ways to make money first. Don't start on E-Commerce, Forex Trade, or E-Books creation.

• Never start your making money on the internet journey by purchasing a high price programs or courses. There ere excellent high priced hands-on programs available, but there are many that are scams or very complicated for beginners. You won't know the difference.

• Never fall for in the free-information circle. These are the facts: if you're serious on making money online, you're going to have to invest some money on a good quality course or program to follow. If you go around trying to find free info all over the net you'll end up overwhelmed, frustrated and probably broke; no to mention all the time that you'd wasted.

A lot of money can be made on the internet; it's not hard once you know how things work. I've been doing it for 5 years now and even on this recession I've managed to pull over $40,000 each and every month. Obviously, you'll need a Course, Program or System to follow.

Nowadays, trying to make money online is even more confusing than it used to be. There are so many programs on the market to choose from, most of them are garbage or scams, and unless you have the time and money to test them all out, you're basically going to go round in circles, and potentially lose a lot of money.

The Global Marketing Environment

Global marketing Environment is complex term to explain because it is covering all the issues of world that are continuously changing. To explain the true present picture of the Environment it's necessary to go through the most up-to-date literature and study the current changes. This chapter is giving the idea about the today's marketing and changes & challenges of the sub environmental forces.

Today's Marketing

The changing behavior of customers and proliferation of new marketing channels setups the new issues in the business world. In international market competition it's becoming harder and harder to maintain the life time relation with customers. Selling quality product and service in affordable price is not enough to gain the customer loyalty there are also many other dimensions of care. These all changes make profit secondary and modify organizations to customer-focused organizations and born the new theories and approaches.

Today's marketing has come out with the circle of 4P's (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) and in the broader sense it is taking as an organizational function. The modified form of marketing is to provide greater value to customer and develop and maintain a healthy relationship.

According to the American Marketing Association today's Marketing is:

"Marketing is an organizational function and a set of processes for creating, communicating and delivering value to customers and for managing customer relationships in way that benefit the organization and its stakeholders."(Keefe, 2004)

The Intermediate and Macro Environment

The global marketing environment comprises the intermediate and the macro environment. The intermediate environment contains those factors which are semi-controllable through contracts and they will be categorized as suppliers, Distributors, facilitators and shareholders. For example in software industries the different vendors, application sellers, temporary specialist staffs and subcontractors etc are part of intermediate environment. The macro environment is made up of those factors and forces which are generally uncontrollable. (Lee, 2005)

For the Global strategic marketing planning to evaluate and investigate the threats, opportunities and for risk assessment usually organizations used the PESTLE analysis here PESTLE stands for Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental Factors. (These macro environmental forces are also shown in above figure). Mostly external auditor is used to audit the impact of these forces.

Some countries have more relaxed and easy polices for import and export.

Countries history of friendly relation and healthy business deals have also a positive impact in the future trades. Similarly if countries have better infrastructure for trading polices and legislations it also goes in the favor of the international traders. It helps to minimize the time and provide the secure dealings and especially newcomers feel comfortable to trade in such environment. With all these reasons the fresh literature tells us about the twelve factors involvement in the international trading.

In 2005 according to the Geri Clarke the HELPS FREDICT is a more complete framework for the international marketing environmental analysis.

Changes and Challenges

In 1998 article in the Economist Magazine Sums it up nicely:

"Marketing has become a complex art. Technology and trade have increased the potential for global brands. The fragmentation of audiences and rising costs of television and print advertising are making other media attractive. And direct marketing and the internet are rewriting all the marketing rules."

55 years back, the television invention opens the new ways of the mass marketing and with the visual demonstration many local brand and now take the status of the world class brand. This technology changes the language of the advertising. In old age mostly people preferred to buy things from market search and mainly radio transmitted about the market affairs and new coming products. Then TV gave the new confidence to its viewers and globally advertised the real market position. The visual demonstration also teach the people and guide them correctly and it also answered the question that why they need and want this specific product. Now World Wide Web is taking the position of the TV and Similarly the Digital TV and the Smart mobile are writing the new rules of the marketing.

Today mobile and pager is the basic need of people and every one is in range just because of a small piece of technology. Here telecommunication was playing an important role. Now in the end of 20th century, the emergence of internet and telecommunication introduce m-commerce. First mobile companies simply provide an updates information like weather reports, games online information, latest movies and songs information etc just to provide better services and to satisfy customer. From that time the m-commerce became the part of our life and no one feel this addition of the new business technique, today banks and other financial services are also providing mobile commerce services and this tiny device has become the source of market transactions. This was the small overview of emergence of the technology.

On the other hand the destructive incidents like 9/11 and 7/7 etc. and other country wars (War against terrorism) are destroying the developed markets and the investors are feeling fear to invest money in these risky areas.

The customer buying behavior and its quality perception is also changing and now he is demanding the rich added value products and services. The multinational companies and chain store also create a strong competition globally and it's becoming more difficult to retain a long term relation with existing customer.

However the last decade of the twentieth century bought major changes that redefine the role and concept of marketing. The rapid change of market made customer more sophisticated and value added demanding. Products/service development and management has changed radically, the internet and third party securities made more easy transactions and virtualized payment and distribution channels introduce new way to approach market

Marketing Online - 4 Basic Advantages

Marketing online has 4 basic advantages.

These 4 basic advantages of marketing online have continued to become increasingly important as the internet has grown in dimension and influence.

More and more retailers and entrepreneurs are looking to the Internet to market their products and services as the limitless potential and power of marketing online becomes more and more apparent.

1) Convenience.

The first and most obvious advantage of marketing online is convenience.

If you have a computer and internet access, you can conduct business anytime, anywhere. And now that laptops are so common, this is even truer than before.

Everyone wants better and faster access to products and services and there is no indication that this will ever change.

And now, with the power of Online Marketing you can conveniently transact business from anywhere and reach your customers wherever they are.

Now that's convenience!

2) Cost Reduction:

Marketing online has greatly reduced the advertising costs on the seller's end,

A perfect example is email.

You can send costly postcards to thousands of people and may realize some profit a week or two later. With email, however, you can send out emails to the same thousand people and realize an increase in sales an hour from now, at absolutely no cost to you.

If you want to make money online but you're starting from scratch and have a next-to-nothing budget you may want to begin with Affiliate Programs - i.e. selling other people's products.

With some online Affiliate Programs you can be set up in business literally within a couple hours and be making a profit in a matter of days for little or no capital output.

3) Speed of Communication:

Suppose you have a brick and mortar business and just found out one of your products is permanently going off the shelf.

You want to run a sale to clear your stock, but it will take a few days to reach your customers with the news.

Now, your competitor up the street also has this product and has gotten the same news.

She, however, is marketing online and can send out one mass mailing and have her customers at her store that same day.

You end up being stuck with the merchandise while she has moved on to the new and improved product.

4) Market Reach:

The fourth basic advantage of internet marketing is your market reach. You can literally sell to the world, that's why it's called the world wide web.

When you start a business, you will always have a limited number of customers who can physically travel to your store.

But when you're involved with online marketing you can reach just about every nook and cranny of the world.

If you're marketing online your customer base is anyone with internet access - with a growth potential of millions.

Every day, more and more people join the online community. As they are added to the internet, they are also added to your potential customer database.

These are advantages you just can't beat.

Are Free Articles Always the Best For Content?

If you are one of those people who build websites to make money, then you must know that you have to have good content to get people to come to your sites. Some people can write their own content. However, it does takes a some time to get enough content on the website to draw traffic. All good article follow certain rules, and this is not always something someone understands, or can learn how to do quickly.

Though there are many free articles that you can use, but there is a great disadvantage. The problem is that if you can use it for free, then so it goes the same for everyone in this planet. And search engines do frown upon duplicate content and with you using these contents just as anyone else is, you may get penalize for it.
If you do get penalize, then chances are that your sites will loose its rankings and never ranked high at all. You will find you traffic disappear. Though this may not be a problem, it is indeed something you should keep in mind.

If you so choose to use the free content, then you will have to spend time with it as you may not want to just copy and paste as it is. Rewriting the article helps to avoid the duplicate content problem. This will ensure the uniqueness of the content. Do take note that the articles you use must not already belong to someone else.

You can of course take the short cut and hire people to write for you. You pay a price and they will churn out article with the keywords of your choice. This can potentially save you lots of time, except that you need to spend money to do that.

Choose the best way to make your online business more productive.

How to Make $100 Online

Do you need cash fast? How would you feel if I told you that you can make $100 in only one or two hours? You don't need to make websites or sell products to make cash online. All you need is a skill, such as coding, photoshop, or even reading!

People online hate to do things by themselves when a situation gets complicated, and that is how you can profit from their laziness. "Odd Jobs" are things such as changing the text on an image, installing a wordpress theme, editing a blog post, registering a domain name, cleaning up PHP code, or changing link colors in CSS. There are hundreds of opportunities online for doing simple maintenance jobs that will yield you some high profits. You're probably wondering where to find these miraculous odd jobs?

Forums are a great place for finding miscellaneous work to do. Simple search for threads listed as WTH (want to hire) or WTB (want to buy) and look for people who need things done ASAP (as soon as possible) or who need small jobs done. You can also advertise yourself as "for hire" on forums to get even more clients. Webmasters are happy to pay $20 to have an image edited, or even $100 to setup a wordpress blog with a stock theme. Imagine getting $100 for ten minutes of work!

If you have a website, you can advertise small services to your visitors. If you run a website about creating niche sites, offer to help your visitors setup a website by registering a domain name and uploading a stock template built on a CMS like Wordpress or Cushy CMS. Offering such a simple service for a reasonable price ($30-50) will have your cleints coming back to you for even more maintenance jobs.

Unlike regular services such as design and copywriting, focusing on maintenance is easy to do, and you can perform multiple jobs a day. As well, there are tons of services you can offer to potential clients, such as:

* Changing the colors of a Wordpress theme.
* Blog Setup.
* Mini-Site Setup.
* Domain Name Registartion.
* Hosting Account Setup.
* Twitter Account Setup.
* Digg Account Setup.
* Adsense Integration.
* OIO Publisher Intergration.
* Stock Theme Setup.

Various possibilities also open up when you go into specific niches. A website about creating an online portfolio might offer free portfolio setup with Carbon Made or Logo Moose, and a website about internet marketing might offer free Aweber setup for building a list. Daily maintenance tasks are plentiful, and if you work for a few hours, you can easily wrack up a nice amount of daily profits.

Remeber that there are disadvantages to this method. You have to have an amazingly quick turn-around time, and you'll have to charge reasonable prices. Nobody is going to pay $50 to have the text on an image changed, and likewise, charging only $5 for blog setup will have you going nuts if your client asks for more and more work at the same bargiain prices. In addition, you have to have the skills to perform the task completely and at a high quality level. Your customers want to have the job done and not be bothered with it again - shotty work will leave them angry and putting the blame on your shoulders.

Odd jobs are a fantastic way to make a nice chunk of change, and the more you do, the more you earn. As well, they can establish a working relationship with clients who might want bigger and more complex jobs in the future, leaving you with a client base that knows you can get things done on time and efficiently.

Do You Know ThatOnline Business Calls For Pure Excellence

Acorns were great! Until bread came. Chariots were super, until cars came. Wired telephones were elegant, until mobile wireless phones arrived. The business world has no place for mediocrity. It is a competing world. During athletic events, we get new speed records broken every other time. Mankind is inventing and reinventing himself daily.

Therefore, to keep up the race, you must strive for excellence in everything you do. Be it in business, in studies, in sports, etc. you have no choice but to invent, research and work smart to improve.

After you've achieved something, pursue for more. Focus passionately on improving yourself. Things you never thought you could come up with, will be staring you on the face and people will be seeking for your expertise which of course puts you in a place of high worth. This is how celebrities come to be.

The biggest enemy of best is good. If you are satisfied with what's good, you'll never have what's best. ("The man who thinks he knows it all has merely stopped thinking. If you think you've arrived you'll be left behind." John Mason.) A successful man continues to look for work after he has found a Job.

Success comes to them that are never contented with what they have achieved. Achievement should thrust us to desire more. Is your small business doing well? Don't settle there but advance to a big business. The internet has a wealth of legitimate business opportunities that you can take advantage of to improve your financial statues. Don't settle at your current position.

The Internet As a Medium of Communication and Commerce

Services and resources available on the internet are expending phenomenally and are receiving global acceptance day by day. Amateurs and professionals alike look towards e-resources to be updated about latest developments in their fields and acquire an edge over others by staying informed and develop new sets of skills. One such rapidly growing online service is of web-based business. Over the last two decades, the internet has become both an inevitable repository of information and a mode of communication. The advantages the internet offers are not relegated to only the mainstream ideas but there are also fringe ideas that flourish on web. It is an undeniable fact that computers and the internet have drastically altered the way the people view and interact with the world. While information technology has become a catalyst for revolutionizing communication, education, entertainment, commerce and many other spheres of human activity, there is a dire need to bring about substantial changes at the grass root level in order to fully capitalize on advantages of the information age and more specifically utilizing the diversified opportunities of web related businesses. After centuries of dealing with issues such as suppression of freedom, conflict between ideologies the internet has finally provided a space for free discussion and collective thinking without restriction. This in fact is proving as a potential step towards the rapid growth and popularity of web based business as well. This digital domain holds the promise of eliminating barriers of distances and finally leads the human race to a common platform.

Today the process of digital evolution continues. The highest volume of traffic that passes across the internet is through the e-commerce related and web based business networks. One indicator of the tremendous popular acceptance of such web sites and opportunities is their accessibility all across the globe. The great features of online business, and perhaps one of its greatest advantages is its immediacy. Products and items along with their details are provided using this unique method of online web sites. There is as such no time lag, not much waiting or standing in long queues and availability of vast range of products is making online business opportunities more convenient. The internet phenomenon has had a transformational effect on society. It has opened a new medium of communication for individuals and businesses and provides vistas of opportunities to do things in an entirely different way. This internet growth initially spurred on by the private sector interests has now been embraced by governments who are positioning themselves to become part of this revolution as well.

Balancing the pros and the cons of online business, it can easily be said that the future lies with this form of business. Although the challenges and security risks confronting the online business are quite evident, they are easily outnumbered by its benefits and advantages, not only for the business-oriented people but also for all users. At the end of the day, it is after all, the use of facility that eventually determines its worth.

How to Share Ringtones Via Bluetooth

Nowadays most phones come with bluetooth and many people share ringtones via bluetooth. Bluetooth allows the user to transfer pictures, ringtones, etc wirelessly from one phone to another

Step1
Once you and the other person have found your bluetooth, your are going to want to power it on.

Step2
Once powered on, one person will search for the other using their bluetooth. The person being searched for must be discoverable. Sometimes phones with different service providers can find each other. And occasionally if they can find each other, they still won't be able to transfer music.

Step3
Once you have confirmed that this is the person that you would like to share your media with, you link your cell phones.

Step4
You are now able to send your phone media to the other person.

Step5
If it does not work, check the space on the recipients phone to make sure he has enough room. It will typically fail if he does not.

Step6
After you are done, you will want to turn off your bluetooth because leaving it on can drain your battery much faster.

Try to find someone with the same cell phone provider as you.

How to Download Free Bluetooth Ringtones

It is easy to download free Bluetooth ringtones if you know how to do it. In fact, the term 'Bluetooth ringtones' is not quite correct, because Bluetooth do not provide ringtones, only the means to transfer them from your PC or laptop to your cell phone

Step1
If you compare free Bluetooth ringtones to what you get for a relatively small monthly payment, it is probably a better deal to pay for them. Most sites offer real ringtones for from $5.99 a month upwards, with $9.99 about average. For that small cost you can get unlimited downloads of realtones and wallpapers. What would you rather have? Free ringtones that are old and embarrassing or the best and newest you can get, renewable every day if you want, for 33 cents a day?

Step2
Do you really want to be the guy or gal who has to answer that phone ringing out Leapy Lee or Home Sweet Home? I am not exaggerating. However, this article is not about what ringtones you want to be answering, but about how to get them onto your mobile phone using Bluetooth.

You are going to need a Bluetooth dongle, although why it is called a dongle is unknown. It must be boys and their toys, because we all know how some guys like to play with their dongles. Dangling your dongle is a well liked pastime in some quarters! So, get your dongle: you can buy one on eBay for under $10 including postage, and install it onto your computer using the installation disk. It looks a bit like a USB memory stick, and you simply insert your dongle into the appropriate slot and make the connection to the software.

Step3
You also need a cell phone that has Bluetooth. To find out if yours is suitable, go to 'services' or 'settings' and check out 'Connections'. If you have Bluetooth, you will see either the name or the Bluetooth logo - a white double triangle making the letter 'B' on a blue background.

What you have to do now is to search on your computer for the downloaded free Bluetooth ringtones, and then activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone. You can now browse the cell phone folders using your PC or laptop - Bluetooth provides the interface that allows this. It's just like browsing through any directory structure, and once you have found the area in which your ringtones are stored on your mobile phone, you can either copy and paste those you want o transfer from your computer, or simply drag and drop if you are using two windows.

Step4
The dongle provides the interface between your PC or laptop, and allows you to transfer the free Bluetooth ringtones from one to the other. You can also do the same the other way - transfer files from your cell phone to your PC, and you can use the same procedure to upload wallpapers and games to your mobile phone.

That's how it's done, although the term free Bluetooth ringtones is a misnomer, because all Bluetooth does is to provide a means of transferring MP3 and MIDI files from your computer to your mobile. So, whether you want to use genuinely free ringtones or pay a nominal sum to have unlimited downloads of the latest chart hits, a Bluetooth dongle enables you to do so quickly and effortlessly.

You don't need to pay for ringtones anymore.

Create a PDF Ebook - For a Beginner, by a Beginner

If you are going to create a PDF ebook, you are going to need a software program to help you do this. This article does two things. First, the article helps the beginner understand the Adobe software package and how it relates to ebooks. Second, it provides a free alternative for creating your own PDFs. Since this was my first attempt at creating a PDF, this article was written for a beginner, by a beginner.

This is my general understanding of Adobe and how this company relates to PDF ebooks.

Adobe Systems created the portable document format (PDF) in 1993.

Adobe Acrobat is a family of computer programs created by Adobe Systems. According to Wikipedia, they were "designed to view, create, manipulate and manage files in Adobe's portable document format (PDF)".

Adobe Reader is one of the programs within the Adobe Acrobat family. You can download Adobe Reader for free. This software is used to view and print PDF ebooks.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard is the software package needed to create PDF files. At the time of this writing this package cost $299.00. (You can also use Pro $449.00 or Pro Extended $699.00).

In summary, if you would like to read PDF ebooks you can download for free, Adobe Reader. If you would like to create PDF ebooks as well, then you need to purchase one of Adobes software packages, such as Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard.

Since I know that I would like to create PDF files, I have decided that I will need a software package to do this. I do not however, want to spend $299.00 to create my first PDF ebook. Adobe looks like a great product and a package that I may buy in the future, but for my first project, I would like to do this as simply and as cheaply as possible.

OpenOffice

I recently found out about a product called OpenOffice, similar to Microsoft Office. This is free software which can be downloaded at openoffice.org. I found this product via a "You Tube" video. After watching the video, I visited the website at instantebookpublishing.com. The website provides information about ebooks and includes a copy of the video mentioned above. It's a great nine minute video that walks you through creating your first PDF with OpenOffice.

I have recently put this product to the test. I downloaded the software from OpenOffice and used it to create my first PDF ebook. Creating the ebook took less than an hour following the simple instructions from the video. Again, this was my first PDF and it took less than an hour.

The PDF included internal links and one external link. The internal links allowed me to jump from a table of contents directly to the chapter I wanted to read. The external link was simply a link to my website. Creating these links were very easy and the video shows you how.

So, I was able to create a PDF ebook at no cost by using the following:
1) Open Office - the word processor allows me to create PDF files.
2) instantebookpublishing.com - nine minute video showing how to use OpenOffice to create a PDF.
3) Adobe Reader - allows me to read the ebook (even though not created with Adobe).

How to Download Ringtones to an iPhone

The Apple iPhone combines the best of cell phones and iPods into a snazzy accessory. Apple has made sure you change the look of the keypad to suit your individual wants and needs, but don't forget the ringtones. Download some great ringtones to your iPhone, too.

Step1
Realize that everything for your iPhone needs to go through iTunes—music, video and ringtones. Open your iTunes library, and check for any song marked with the ringtone symbol. When you choose one, select "Store" and "Create Ringtone."

Step2
Click on "Preferences" for another option. Choose "Ringtones."

Step3
Carve out 30 seconds of a song that you want as your ringtone. You'll do this at the highlighted area at the bottom of your computer screen. Click the checkbox next to "fade in" or "fade out" buttons to further edit your ringtone.

Step4

Step6
Create unique ringtones for specific callers, and you'll know who's calling before you pick up your phone. Tap contacts on your phone, and choose someone. Tap a ringtone for that contact. If your iPhone doubles as your alarm clock, download a ringtone guaranteed to get you up and moving.

If you have a Mac, create individual ringtones in Garage Band to download to your iPhone.

Ebook Writing - Latest 3 Steps to Energize Your Ebook Writing

One of the best ways to energize your ebook writing is to make sure that you'll be able to offer your clients with in-depth and complete information about your chosen topic. Keep in mind that these people are spending money on your creations simply because they would like to be informed so give them exactly what they want. This is not only to impress them but also to easily promote customer loyalty that can lead to repeat business.

Here are the other steps to energize your ebook writing:

1. Stick with non-fiction. Based on research and relevant studies, online users are most likely to spend their money on ebooks that contain practical information that they can use in improving the quality of their lives or in resolving their pressing issues. With this in mind, you should avoid fiction topics at all cost, unless you want your ebooks to remain unread online. When choosing the topics to write about, I'd say focus your attention on the needs and demands, problems, and goals of the people that you would like to serve. This is not only to give them exactly what they are looking for but also to increase your chances of making a sale.

2. Keep it short. There is no need to make your ebooks run for 100 pages or more especially if you are discussing about highly specific topics. Keep in mind that the audience you are serving have limited attention span and they generally dislike spending enormous time in front of their computers. You can serve them better if you can offer the information that they are looking for in as little time as possible. Make your ebook content concise and brief. Get your message across without using fillers, bluffs, and lengthy introductions. Use active voice all the time and keep your sentences and paragraphs shorter.

3. Use powerful titles. Did you know that you'll run the risk of decreasing your sales even if your ebooks are highly informative and well-written if your title sucks? You see, online users have limited things to consider when they want to purchase an ebook and one of them is your ebook title. It would work to your advantage and you'll surely increase your chances of making a sale if your titles are well-written, extra powerful, compelling, intriguing, and very descriptive. Make sure that you use words that can touch human emotions or those that can push the right buttons to influence the buying decision of your target market.

Do you want to learn more about how I do it? I have just completed a brand new free guide.

Google Cash Money System Review

The Google Cash Money System is a new cash-generating program to the Internet marketing world. According to the makers, it is not just your typical e-book or system that will regurgitate common marketing knowledge but something that can help anyone to make money online.

Google Cash Money System, is an 87-page e-book created by Chris Carpenter. It is a way for a person to harness the power of the Google network for their own personal financial gains. A person can sign up for $10 to start out with and according to the author, start making money within 15 minutes.

What the Google Cash System Does:

According to Chris Carpenter, Google Cash teaches how to locate the most profitable affiliate programs with the least competition. It also claims to show how to find the cheapest distribution, use Google AdSense, and create compelling and effective advertisements.

Work Required:

The work needed to put into the Google Cash Money System is not difficult, but could be considered tedious by some. It is basically data entry and does not require advanced computer or marketing knowledge, although to really excel at this, those skills would definitely provide an advantage. The Google cash system does not teach those skills, however, so they would need to be acquired elsewhere.

Conclusion:

From what I can see, the Google Cash System is not a scam or hoax, but could provide a tangible option for someone looking for a simple program to generate some money online. But if you are looking for more than that and really want a way to build and brand both yourself and a profitable online business with a more substantial income potential, I would strongly recommend continuing your search for an online business that provides all the training and tools necessary for both online marketing and financial success on a much larger scale!

Ebook Writing - Revealed - 3 Ways to Energize Your Ebook Writing

Is your ebook writing becoming stale? Do you find yourself losing interest and avoiding getting started on your project? Hey, it happens to all of us from time to time. Don't fret about it. Here are three ways to energize your ebook writing.

1. Take a break

Over time all writers encounter periods of time when their writing becomes labored and stale. It may seem that you can't think clearly and it's nearly impossible to organize your thoughts and commit them to paper. Some call it writer's block. Regardless of what it's called, you can overcome it by first taking a break.

Get out of your writing routine for a while. How long? There is not a 'one size fits all' answer.

Do something fun. Find something you really like doing. For example, go to a movie, play golf, or watch a sporting event. The important thing is to let your mind focus upon something but writing. Do something relaxing. Take a long nap or soak in a hot tub.

Spend time with family and friends. Hey, because you are a dedicated writer, you probably don't see enough of the people you love and who love you. Now is a good time to spend some time with them.

2. Find a topic that lights your fire

After your break, it's time to get back into the saddle, so to speak. Now, what do you write about? Besides, you will more than likely immerse yourself into a topic you like and about which you feel passionate.

To find a topic, consider selecting your topic from the things you like to do. Ask yourself, "If I wasn't writing, what would I do?" Maybe you have been harboring a secret desire to be a chef, scuba dive, or backpack the Appalachian Trail. What would I do if I weren't getting paid? That will probably be a good source for finding a topic that truly interests you.

Another method for finding a topic is to recall past employment jobs in which you've developed skills and hobbies that you love do. Identify the things you most enjoy doing. For example, categories may include: sports, cooking, computers, or gardening.

Now, under each topic category create a list of sub-categories. For example, if you listed computers, your sub categories may include personal computers, mainframe computers, or a history of computers.

You can bet there is an article waiting to emerge.

3. Then do it

The worst enemy of any endeavor is procrastination. This is where your personal pride as a writer and your writer's discipline must overcome your desire to avoid getting started.

But, the key here is to get started. First, sit down at the computer. Next, open your word processor. Then, type the topic on the screen. What is the first thing you want to say about the topic? Type that in. Hey, you have a topic based upon something you love. Continue describing the information you want to convey and let the words flow

How to Choose the Right Camera Lens

By simply changing a lens, the scope of a potential image changes, too. Understanding the difference between lenses will help you get the best shot.

Step1
Choose a subject to photograph.

Step2
Opt for a telephoto lens (a lens with a focal length greater than 55 mm) to bring your subject closer.

Step3
Select a wide-angle lens (a lens with a focal length of less than 40 mm) to broaden the scope of your photograph.

Step4
Use a regular lens (a lens with a focal length of 40 mm to 55 mm) for most situations, because it offers the maximum aperture range, which allows you to photograph under a wider variety of lighting conditions.

Step5
Go for a zoom lens (a lens without a set focal length) to reduce expense and increase flexibility because it lets you shoot across a wide range of focal lengths from wide-angle to telephoto using one lens.

Tips & Warnings
Be sure to focus precisely when using a telephoto lens because it shortens your depth of focus.

Use a wide-angle lens in situations where you cannot back up to gain a broader perspective such as when you are indoors and when taking landscape shots.

The variable focal length, or area that will be in focus, of a zoom lens requires longer shutter speeds, which limits the range of lighting conditions that you can use it in without a tripod and fast film.

Starting a Tattoo Magazine

Starting any new magazine can be a challenge, but starting a magazine geared specifically towards one topic where there's already many established magazines as competition can be even more challenging. There are several factors to consider before starting a tattoo magazine.

Go with print or electronic versions. Although print magazines offer something tangible to readers who sometimes collect tattoo magazines or continuously pass them around to their fellow tattoo enthusiasts, it will also be a more expensive route to take. An electronic online version or e-zine will be cheaper to get going and you should see good traffic online if you promote your magazine correctly.

Determine what type of tattoo magazine you want. Tattoo magazines currently on the market are either geared towards the tattoo enthusiast or the tattoo professional. There are some that cater to flash or are very heavy on tattoo photos without much written content.

Contemplate style of magazine pages. There are a number of options for the actual printed pages of your publication including black and white or full color, glossy or matte, thickness and overall quality.

Find a competent printer. You need to shop around for a printing company to produce your magazine. Prices, quality and services offered are all going to vary.

Hire a designer. If you're not already trained in pagination procedures, you'll need to hire someone who can lay out the pages of your publication. The layout needs to be pleasing to the reader while still utilizing as much space as possible.

Hire an editor. This person will be responsible for coming up with content for each issue, assigning articles to either staff or freelance writers, editing all written material and possibly even choosing photos to include and basically doing everything necessary to meet all print deadlines.

Hire writers that are authorities in the field. These may be writers who've written for other tattoo publications and have a good track record, or could be tattoo artists themselves who also like to write about the industry.

Work up an editorial calendar. As publisher, you, the editor and designer will need to sit down and write an editorial calendar that will include the information you'd like to cover in each specific issue. Magazines always work ahead of schedule, which may be six months, a year or even longer.

Some print publications may also have an electronic version that offers more photos and articles that are different from what's available in the print edition. This is a good way to promote your print magazine and give readers a taste of what information is typically included.

Read the competition's publications. This gives you an idea of what they offer and what you can offer that's different from what's readily available. It'll also teach you what works for them and may help you decide if something similar will work for you.

Be prepared to lose money for at least the first year. The startup cost for print publications isn't cheap; you should research these costs and operational costs for the first year and have this amount already available.

There's a lot of established competition in the tattoo industry as far as magazines are concerned. This competition not only affects whether consumers buy your publication, but also who will ultimately decide to advertise in it.

How to Start a Free Magazine

It's possible to make a free magazine by selling advertising space to cover the costs of producing your magazine. It's even possible to earn a profit from making a free magazine if your publication has enough readers to command higher advertising rates. Advertisers will pay premium rates to have ads in publications that have a widespread readership or that are highly targeted to their ideal customer.

Step1
Decide on the topic of your free magazine. You could make a free local or regional publication focusing on local news and information, or you could make a free niche content publication related to a specific area, such as craftmaking or boating. Even though your magazine is free, you want to choose a topic that will attract a lot of readers so that you can charge premium rates for advertising space.

Step2
Determine who your target reader will be. If you are making a boating publication, your target reader will be those interested in boating or those who own boats. If your publication is related to a geographic region, your target reader will be those who live in or would be interested in visiting the area. Keep your potential advertisers in mind when determining your target reader. If you can't think of a business that would want to market to your target reader, you may want to consider choosing a different topic. Since your magazine is free, the revenue you earn through advertising must pay for all of your operating costs, therefore you must be able to attract quality advertisers.

Step3
Estimate your budget. Keep in mind all of your operating costs plus any additional income you wish to earn by publishing a free magazine. This is the amount you will need to earn through advertising. Use this number to break down the costs of advertising space in your free publication that you will sell to advertisers.

Step4
Make a list of potential advertisers. Your advertisers should make sense with your target reader. For example, local businesses would want to advertise in a local publication, and any business selling boats or boating supplies would be an ideal advertiser for a boating publication. Think of enough potential advertisers that you would be able to meet your budget to cover the costs of producing your free magazine even if only a few of them purchase advertising.

Step5
Create your content. Write your own content, if you choose, or hire freelance writers or volunteer contributors to write articles. Since your magazine is free, you will want to keep your costs as low as possible.

Step6
Lay out the visual appearance of your magazine. You can do this using a number of programs, such as Microsoft Publisher, Adobe PageMaker, or even Microsoft Word. Some of these programs have templates that you can use to aid you in creating the layout for your magazine. Be sure to leave space available for advertisements in several different sizes. Completing this process yourself on your home computer will help to keep the costs of producing your free publication down. Be sure to display the word "free" clearly on the cover of your publication, so people can see at a glance that the magazine is free of charge.

Step7
Sell your advertising space to your advertisers. You may want to have a sample copy of your first issue printed out so you can show your advertisers the visual ad space that is available. They may also want to read your content to decide if the topics covered in your publication are in line with their advertising objectives. The fact that your magazine is free is encouraging to advertisers, because it means more readers are likely to see their ads.

Step8
Place the ads you've sold in the layout of your free magazine. Some advertisers will have their own ads they want to use, while others may want you to create ads for them. If you're not skilled in graphic design, you may need to enlist the help of a graphic designer. Encourage your advertisers to provide their own ads, because hiring a graphic designer can be expensive.

Step9
Take your magazine to a printer to have a test run of several hundred copies printed. Start with a low number to keep your costs down until you determine how many copies you will need. If your free magazine will be a monthly publication, it is better to run out of copies a few days before the next issue is out than to have hundreds of copies left over at the end of the month.

Step10
Approach your advertisers and other businesses to place your free magazine in their physical locations. Many businesses have racks in the front of their buildings to hold free publications.

Your free magazine will probably gain popularity as it gains more exposure. Starting with a low number of copies and gradually increasing the number of copies you make with each issue is the best way to keep your costs down while you build your business.

An alternative to traditional publishing is to host your magazine on the Internet. Instead of laying out your magazine in Microsoft Publisher or another program, you would use web design software. You can sell advertising space on the Internet the same as in a print publication, and your only additional expense would be the cost of your domain name and hosting. Your magazine would be free to anyone to access from the internet.

How to Advertise a Business in a Magazine

One way to introduce your business to potential new customers is by running advertisements in magazines. It might be less expensive to advertise in a magazine than it would be to produce and air television commercials. Magazines can also offer you the ability to target a more specialized audience than other forms of advertising.

Step1
Design your larger ad campaign. Think of your business's guiding message and create an ad campaign that conveys that message in a compelling, creative way.

Step2
Write engaging copy for your ad. Use vibrant, active words. Keep your phrases precise and concise.

Step3
Work with a photographer to add pictures to your advertisements. Use eye-catching imagery to draw attention to your great copy. When someone flips through a magazine, you'll want your ad to leap off the page.

Step4
Hire a graphic designer to combine your images and your text. A creative graphic designer can elevate your ad content to a whole new level. Use cool fonts and colors to make your ad as visually appealing as possible.

Launch Your Advertising Campaign in a Magazine

Step1
Determine who your typical customer is. Consider factors like age, gender or nationality. Identify and understand the user of your products or services.

Step2
Locate magazines that are popular with your customers. Try asking your customers what magazines they read regularly. Take a trip to your local library to get the names of periodicals that appeal to similar demographics.

Step3
Consider other companies who advertise in those magazines. Check to see if they are designed to appeal to similar customers. Get an idea of the tools and techniques they use to reach their audiences.

Step4
Call the ad sales department of a magazine. Get a firm idea of how much it will cost to advertise your business with this publication. Discuss any specific needs you may have for your ad.

Step5
Negotiate a price plan. Decide on a size for your ad, as this will be the primary factor when establishing a price. You may be able to get reduced rates by agreeing to run your ad multiple times over several months.

Step6
Check the ad as it appears in magazine. Make sure that all your needs have been met. Dispute any issues with the magazine's ad sales team, as you may be able to get a partial refund on fees or a reduced rate on future ads.

Step7
Talk to your new customers to get an idea of how successful your ads have been. Ask new customers if they found your business through your efforts to advertise in magazines.

Check to see if a magazine gives you the option to advertise on its website along with the ads that run in the print magazine. With more and more young people using the web to read their favorite magazines, Internet commercials can give you more bang for your advertising buck.

Check with your local university to try and find a gifted and eager young graphic designer who's wiling to work for cheap. The more you can save on ad production, the more you'll have to invest in ad space. The tools necessary to create professional ads are no longer limited to high profile ad agencies.

How to Produce a Magazine

Many people dream of being a publisher, but are unsure of where to begin. Although there are many different types of publishing, one of the most popular is that of publishing magazines and periodicals. With a little hard work, it can be a realistic goal to produce a magazine of your very own. If being a magazine publisher has been a dream of yours, keep reading to learn how to produce a magazine on your own.

Step1
Select a niche that your magazine will focus on. While you can technically have a magazine that is about anything and everything, it is generally not a good idea. Your magazine should be based around a specific topic or theme, which allow you to build a core audience of loyal readers who have an interest in that topic. Ideally, it should be something that you either have a strong personal interest in, or have expertise in, so that your job of editing and producing the magazine will be an easier and more enjoyable experience.

Step2
Start a blog or web site about your chosen niche before you move on to the phase of being a magazine publisher. This step is certainly optional and can be skipped, but there are benefits to taking this step. It will allow you to get used to managing content, to form relationships with writers and to develop an audience who will subscribe to your magazine when it is ready to be published.

Step3
Decide what your publishing schedule will be. Not all magazines are published on a monthly basis. Many magazines are published every other month and some are even published quarterly. A popular tactic for new magazines is to start with publishing 6 issues per year (every other month), and then begin a monthly publishing schedule when there are enough subscribers and newsstand sales to justify the increased production.

Step4
Hire writers to produce content for your magazine. If you have a smaller scale magazine that operates on a tight budget, then you may be able to find writers who will submit content to your publication in exchange for a by-line, and perhaps a mention of their web site. You may also use a free advertisement as a method of paying for articles. However, if you want high quality, professionally written stories for your magazine, you’ll have to be prepared to pay your writers. After all, a by-line is nice for building credibility, but it doesn’t do a lot for putting food on the table. Expect to pay at least three cents per word, minimum, with higher profile writers demanding more.

Step5
Hire someone to do the graphic layouts for your magazine. These layouts blend the text together with images, to form a professional looking layout and design. Magazine and newspaper layouts are typically put together using a computer software program called Quark Xpress. This program comes in versions for both the Mac and PC, although the Mac version is more widely used. There are other layout programs as well, but Xpress is clearly the industry leader, so you will need to find a layout editor who is proficient with this software.

Step6
Line up distribution channels for your magazine. Paid subscribers are one way of getting your magazine out, but if you only send to subscribers, you’ll be completely missing most of your potential customers. You need to seek out distributors of periodicals (newspapers and magazines) so that you can formulate deals that will get your product carried by super markets, drug stores and newsstands from coast to coast. Having a strong distribution network is one of the keys to producing a magazine successfully.

Step7
Find a print shop that can print the magazine that you produce. Every metropolitan area has one or more professional print shops that can handle the job for you. The prices can range greatly depending on the number of copies printed, the number of pages per copy, the paper weight chosen, whether glossy paper is used and how much color ink is involved. Arrange a meeting with your printer to discuss your budget and the particular details of your magazine, so that you may work together to find a solution that works great for everyone involved.

Don't ever throw away unsold copies of your magazine. It is worth the added expense to mail them out as freebies to potential customers, along with a letter inviting them to subscribe to your publication.

How to Start an Online Magazine

Although an online magazine doesn't require the outlay of a print magazine (print runs for color glossy publications are very expensive), it's still a complex venture. At the start, it's wise to keep your goals modest

Step1
Know your subject. It's easiest to ensure quality contributions if you have the knowledge to analyze them.

Step2
Think about finances. Even if you start modestly, making the magazine a side project in your life, you'll probably need to spend money for articles; for artistic help; and for site design, server space and maintenance. If you want to make the magazine a real business, you've got to think about a marketing budget; office supplies, phone Bill and mailing costs; research costs; any staff salaries; and legal and business help.

Step3
Work with other people, especially if you want to make your magazine a Business, as opposed to a hobby. Work out the practical and financial details of your partnership.

Step4
Consider how to make a profit. Possibilities include attracting advertising, charging for access, or publishing as a nonprofit and getting grants and donations.

Step5
Consider the legal aspects of publishing. Be willing to pay for expert advice.

Step6
Decide how frequently you will publish. Regular, scheduled updates will keep your readers coming back to your site.

Step7
Decide what rights you will buy from your contributors (both text and visual).

Step8
Design your site or hire a designer.

Step9
Learn how to maintain the site yourself (how to substitute new articles for old) or hire someone to maintain it.

Step10
Start collecting material for your first issue

Start small, perhaps as a one-person "zine." Choose a simple, readable site design and a doable schedule of issues (twice a month, for example). Concentrate on getting high-quality articles and building a following among a core audience. Then you can expand.
Or consider starting out as an e-mail newsletter, which is much simpler to put together than a Web site.
Agreeing to nonexclusive electronic rights to the articles you publish will get you the broadest range of contributions, since the authors will be free to republish their work elsewhere in print or on the Internet.

Don't think you'll make money - or break even, for that matter. Start the magazine because it's what you want to do.

How to Download MP3 Samples Legally

MP3 is a method of audio file compression. MP3 can compress sound files into a very small space, yet the sound quality is unchanged when you play the file. You can download MP3 music files and player software from the Web. Typically, you need to actually download the file before playing it, unlike "streaming" audio that you can play directly from a Web page.

Step1.
Download an MP3 player program from the Internet. Look for shareware applications such as MusicMatch Jukebox, Microsoft Media Player or WinAmp for Windows and MacAmp for Macintosh.

Step2
Look for Web sites that explicitly state that an artist has given permission to download songs.

Step3
Find a song you like and download onto your computer.

Step4
Open the MP3 player program and play the file

You'll need a Pentium processor, 16 MB of RAM, a sound card and speakers to play MP3 files.

Playing illegal MP3 samples (when the artist has not given permission for the file to be downloaded) might not land you in jail, but it is illegal and it also denies royalties to the artist.

How to Find MP3 Samples!

With MP3, sound files can be compressed into a very small space while their sound quality remains high. To play MP3 files on your computer, you need player software and some music files. Both are available for free downloading on the Web.

Step1Look for Web sites that claim downloading of songs is allowed by the artist.

Step2Find sites with legal downloads, then follow the links on those sites to other sites.

Step3Use search engines on those sites to search by artist, song or genre.

Step4To search by artist or song, type the name of the artist or song into the search box. Use the Enter or Return key to begin your search.

Step5To search by genre or other categories allowed by the search engine, click on the icon or down arrow to select the category of interest

Some search engines require entering solo artist names in a particular way.

MP3 files are not limited to music. You can find news, comedy, book excerpts and other types of audio files.

Downloading unauthorized MP3 samples is illegal. Only download samples that have the artist's permission.

E-Book Millionaire Secrets Revealed 5 - Turning Words Into Cool Money!

Now we're getting down to the nitty-gritty of planning your e-book. Your next step will be to create an outline. Now don't get scared! I know that creating an outline has the ring of the school essay writing competition and to some people, including me, the thought of writing school essays with their highly structured and formal construction is enough to make the blood run cold!

So don't think of it as an outline, think of it as a table of contents. It's going to be your subject list and chapter detail with page numbers and sub chapters. Eventually it will come between your title page and your introductory chapter, and the easy way to start on it is to build a list of all the things about your subject you want to tell your reader. Some people prefer to make this a list of questions. Just imagine the list of questions that your reader is going to have answered in the text of your e-book.

Write down everything you can think of to do with your subject, right down all the questions you can answer and all the topics you're going to cover. This is not the time for editing. Just write and write and let it flow out.

Write this outline list, with plenty of space in-between each of the entries. Leave enough space for you to fill in the sub chapters, where you will describe in more detail the subject you are going to cover in that chapter. You will also need to create an introduction and table of contents and put them at the beginning, and have a summary chapter and resource box at the end of the e-book.

I suggest you try and come up with 20 or 30 things you want to say about your subject. Don't be afraid to take your time over this. Look at any research you found online, look at the images you've downloaded and just let any ideas you have get down on paper. Your end result will be a list of possible chapters with each of your ideas on a separate line. And now is the time to fill in the space underneath that chapter line, with more details about the subjects you're going to cover.

For example, if you were writing about bill gate you might have a chapter on their history. Your chapter heading would be 'History of Bill Gate'. And underneath you put three of four lines as a guide to what you'll include in that chapter. You might have something about US, the date when they were first introduced into the West, the kind of value put on certain fish and perhaps some statistics on their modern popularity.

You are aiming for 10 to 20 main topics and about four subtopics below each one. You might need to jiggle them around if you find that some subtopics don't quite match with the main chapter topic. Take your time over this and enjoy it, because this listing of topics and subtopics is actually you writing your e-book!

How to Turn Your Ebook Physical to Money

The cool thing about an ebook is that you can just sell the thing all day long and never have to worry about restocking the shelves or ordering more! But there is a dirty little secret that you need to know about when it comes to making a lot of money with your ebook!

Dirty Little Ebook Secret:

Turn your ebook into a recorded CD set & you will be able to charge twice as much for it and should see an increase in sales of at least 50%!

What do you do with the ebook then?

You offer the ebook as a bonus for getting the CD set! This way you show that your product has way more value and your customers will feel better about making a purchase from you cause they are getting something in the mail from you!

Secret Tip:

Just read your ebook into your computer, creating an MP3 & then get your local UPS store to create you a bunch of copies and ship them out for you. MOST UPS stores will do this for you.

The Coolest Part:

Now your CD set is fully automated! The fulfillment company just gets the email with the order details and ships it out. Then when your inventory is low, they create new CD sets for you. All of this is happening behind the scenes and your doing nothing!

Because you are charging shipping, it should cover all your fulfillment costs. Also, with the increase in price your charging & the increase in sales your getting - it should all add up to a substantial amount of profit for you!

Video Promotion Should Be Consumer Driven

What make your video promotion a success? When you have reached and touched a nerve in your consumers that will make them try out your product and tell their friends, then you can say that your video promotion is a success.

It doesn't matter if your video was just made in your own living room, with the effects and sounds that come with professional videographers. It doesn't matter whether or not your product works or not, as long as your consumers believe that it is then it does. To make your video promotion a success, you have to focus on how to get your consumer to believe in the product, enough to buy it.

The key here is to learn more about your consumer. Know about what they need and what affects them most. Identify their pain and what causes it. Knowing this will help you in making your video sympathetic to the consumer, thus giving them the opportunity to see themselves in you, and follow your advice on what to do.

Let us say for example, that you want to sell submission software of videos to make video marketing easier for the consumers.

Telling consumers that they need your product to be able to help in video marketing is tantamount to a negative response. Identifying with your consumers with their problems in video marketing, and sharing your experiences on how you were able to resolve those problems would be a better approach. With this approach, it would make them accept the sympathy and understanding that you impart to them.

This in turn will make them more receptive to accepting the solutions that you did in order to solve them. And those solutions include the use of submission software and what it can do to help them in their video marketing campaigns.

Of course, the consumers do not readily understand what submission software is. You can then inject some information about what it is and how it is able to distribute their video to more than 70 video websites, with a lot less work and time as compared to manually doing it. This enables you to push your promotional pitch subtly, avoiding the reflex response of the consumer of saying no to product sales pitches.

The main focus of a successful marketing video should be the consumer and not the product. Once you get the attention and sympathy of the consumers, then you do not need to showcase your product too much. In fact, over highlighting of your product may turn off your consumer.
Directing the focus of your video on your consumer makes it a more effective tool in marketing your product. It fosters trust and confidence in you which in turn creates trust and confidence in your product.

In conclusion, video promotion is a very effective tool in marketing especially in the Internet. It becomes much more effective when it is focused on your consumers and received by video websites fast and efficiently. If you haven't tried it yet, no is the perfect time to start and make your product known.

What are the favorite vids you watch on Youtube or Myspace or .... ? Funny ones, right? And which ones do you share with your friends? Funny ones, right? Why not create a website with funny videos? And earn a little income from it? You are watching and sharing them already!

1. A site.
The first thing to making a fun video website is choosing a good name. Have some fun trying to think up catchy names for your website. A catchy, unique and memorable name is key to not only getting traffic but maintaining traffic. Brainstorm with your friends, they might come up with something really funny!

How To Keep My Videos As Simple As Possible?

It is very important to keep your video creation process as simple as possible. If you simplify everything, you can create videos faster than you can write about the same subject... but if you get hung up on the details, it might take you a lot longer to make videos, which isn't what you want! Let's tackle the biggest hang-ups about video I hear about all the time: what audio hardware to use, what video hardware to use, and what video software to use.

If you are brand new at recording videos, I recommend you start with screen capture videos, which record your desktop and not your face. You don't have to buy any special video camera, just a microphone. I have tested many, many microphones, and your best bet is to go with a USB headset. I know of a few people who still try to make their built-in sound cards work with pre-amps and filters, but USB microphones use their own built-in digital sound cards which bypass your computer's audio. Unfortunately, many computers come with substandard sound cards, so you must use a USB headset. Don't make it a standing microphone or a USB "adapter" ... just a USB headset, so you don't have to adjust how close you talk into the microphone. Go to a site like Amazon.com, search for USB headset and choose the one with the best reviews.

If you graduate into doing talking head video, you will need to get a camera to record yourself. These days there is no reason to get a camera that records to tape or transmits over firewire. Personally, I love my Flip Mino HD camera. It's a tiny video camera, about the size of a cell phone, that records 60 minutes of video in 720p high definition. It has a built-in USB plug to copy the videos onto your computer and recharges the built-in battery from the USB as well.
Once you have your videos, how will you output them? For the basic stuff, I prefer Camtasia.

Although Camtasia is meant for screen capture videos, they allow you to import other videos and mix and match screen capture recordings with talking head recordings, or even produce 100% talking head recordings. They make it easy for you to add title screens, captions, additional audio tracks, cut and edit... just about everything any other video editing suite will do for you. On the other hand, if you have the money, I have had great success using Sony Vegas.

I hope that helped you to overcome the common issues many video marketers like yourself have had to deal with: what audio hardware, video hardware, and video software to use.

Ebook Secrets - Why Free Ebooks Equal Free Money

secret to making money online with affiliate marketing?

Many smart affiliate marketers are able to make money online by creating free special reports or short ebooks that discuss a specific topic or problem. Inside the reports and ebooks, the affiliate marketer will put in a few links to high-paying affiliate products that they promote. When a reader clicks on one of those links and purchases a product, the affiliate earns a commission.

Interested in doing the same thing? Of course you are, right? Who would turn down an easy way to make money online through publishing short ebooks?

If you are interested in writing ebooks to promote affiliate products you are promoting, you might be a little worried that you do not how to find a topic for your free ebook?

If this is the case, this article will give you a quick way to get started with your free money-making ebook that will be loaded with your affiliate links.
Getting People to Click Your Affiliate Links If you have been doing affiliate marketing for a while, you know it is one of the easiest and fastest ways to make money online.
The only problem is that it can be tough to get people to use your affiliate link when visiting a site. Often people will visit your website, check out what you have to write about and then spend a few minutes getting their free information. Then they leave and you make nothing for your efforts.
Why? Because the chances are that you have not had the time to tell them about a particular product you are promoting. They might get sidetracked by one of your blog posts or an article you posted.

The quick and easy way to capture the attention of a visitor is to create a short report or mini-ebook that talks about a hot topic in your niche. Inside this report, they will get an easy-to-follow solution to a major problem they have. You are providing this solution and then you will recommend that they visit a site for additional help.

The site they visit will be through your affiliate link, of course.
Why Would Someone Click On Your Affiliate Links? You might be asking yourself, why will they click on your affiliate link this time around? Because you gave value before asking them to do something. You helped them with an issue they were facing and provided an easy to understand solution they can take action on.
So if you want to get started writing one of these special reports or short ebooks, where do you start? Is it hard?

The truth is that it is very easy to write a 10 to 15 page special report on a hot topic. Finding a hot topic to write about is step one in the process.

Step #1 - Find a Hot Topic One of the slickest ways to do this is to visit an online forum that is geared toward the niche or market in question. All you have to do is scan through the posts to find out which ones have the most comments and page views.

The more comments and questions, the better the topic for your report.
Step #2 - Grab Your Research While you are in the forum, either copy and paste some of the information into a word document or print out the series of responses. This information helps provide the outline for the solution you will provide.

I often will look for a concise and well thought through response and print it out. This response will become the foundation of my report.

Step #3 - Find a Related Affiliate Product You probably already know what affiliate product you want to promote and already are an affiliate for it, but if not, it is time to find a great product to recommend in your affiliate ebook.
If you do not know what affiliate program to promote for the topic you are writing about, just go to Clickbank.com and find a relevant product to promote. Visit the site and learn more about it before you promote it.
Alternatively, you can do a Google search for the keywords for your topic and then type in "affiliate program" after it and you should find a bunch of affiliate programs for various products in that niche.

Step #4 - Write Ebooks Fast That is your objective, to write your ebook as quickly as you can. Do not sacrifice quality, but do not spend hours and hours writing the ebook. While you want to create a quality special report or short money ebook, you need to get it done in order to profit from it.
You should already have a few forum posts printed out to use as the basis of your report. You can also head over to Google and type in the search term (keywords) that someone would use to find a solution for the problem you are writing about.
For instance, if you are looking to write ebooks fast, you might type in "how to write ebooks fast" into Google and see what pops up.
Go through the top entries and see which sites offer valuable information that you can paraphrase and add onto. Please do not plagiarize someone else's content. It is easy enough for you to write quickly once you get the hang of this.
Introduce the Problem - Usually less than a page is all that is needed. Remember, your reader already knows a lot about the problem, they are looking for the solution.
Share Your Experience with the Issue/Problem - If you have personal experience with the issue or experience helps. You are able to share a story and people love stories and hopefully they will love your solution too!

Offer the Solution - Tell them what steps they need to take or what they can do to overcome their problem or achieve success.
Provide a List of Additional Resources - This is where you will include your affiliate links next to the recommended product or resource. Limit the number of affiliate products you are recommending. Ideally you will only recommend one product, which forces them to either close your ebook or click on the link.
Include a Picture of the Website or Product You are Recommending - I love doing this because it grabs the attention of people. I just make the image "clickable" and linked with my affiliate commission. If someone clicks on it, they get taken to the product's website...using my affiliate link.

Now all you have to do is convert the word document into a PDF and upload it to your website and you have a virtual salesperson who will be pre-selling your readers on the product you are recommending without being too pushy.

The Truth About Selling E-Books

1. Despite what you may have been told the answer is and always will be yes. People have and always will be prepared to pay for information.

2. One of the most powerful human desires is to learn, to be educated and to better ourselves, no matter what the subject is.

3. Live longer and healthier, be a better parent, partner or lover, to raise children well, to earn more to work fewer hours or to own a nicer home or faster car, maybe play a sport better or even just bake tastier cakes, everyone wants information and nearly all would be prepared to pay for it.

4. Ebooks have become sought after because of their instant nature, I pay my money and boom, three minutes later all the info I need is downloaded onto my PC. No hassle, no waiting, no fuss.

5. Your ebook doesn't have to be of epic proportions, volume does not always equate to value. Give your readers the facts, present them well, educate your readers and enrich their lives. If you can do this in two or three pages you will achieve the same result as if you did it in two or three hundred pages. Your customers will still be happy and they will buy from you again.

6. You can put your knowledge to work for only a couple of hours each week and you can still make a healthy second income. How hard you work and how much you make is up to you.
